Authentic Local-Style Meat Jun from Hawaii

Even though meat jun has its roots in Korea, it is a Hawaii original, made from generations of intercultural cooking we simply call "local." I consider this the best meat jun recipe because of its flexibility! You can choose from a list of starches to use. Eat with rice, mac salad, and kimchi for an authentic experience!
